Placing an order with us is easy & safe.

Ordering...
This is easy and you can do it in four different ways. Online via our secure server, but we also accept orders by phone, by fax, and by post. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards as well as Visa Delta, Switch, Solo and Maestro debit cards. Cheques should be denominated in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'ShopBoxUK.com'. For all of our contact details click here...

Delivery...
Most orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched the same day, subject to stock availability and payment verification. Orders placed outside of this time are processed the following working day. Please note that during times of peak seasonal demand (Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order.

There is an icon on every product that tells you if it's in stock, out of stock or a pre order, and also the expected delivery time. If for any reason there's a major delay with the expected delivery time, we'll contact you and explain the situation.

Standard Service

All orders delivered to mainland UK addresses via our standard service are despatched via Royal Mail or a secure courier service, so you should normally receive your items 1-3 working days after you have placed your order. Please also allow a couple of days extra delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Premium Service

If your order is placed before 2:30 PM you can take advantage of our premium service (additional costs apply) in which case your order will be despatched on a secure 24 Hr courier service and should be with you by the next working day.

Returns...
We think that you will be pleased with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to make the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Unwanted Goods
    If you return the product (in as new condition) within 14 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by telephone on 01386 423760 or email at info@shopboxuk.com to inform us of your wish to return the goods and we will allocate you a Returns Authorisation Number which you need to include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible. PLEASE NOTE : If the returned goods are not in 'As New' condition, shopbox.com reserves the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee of the original purchase price of the items.


  • Faulty Goods
    If you receive an item from us which is faulty, or did not order please contact us by telephone on 01386 423760 or email us at info@shopboxuk.com to inform us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number which you will need to include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible We will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, but sometimes items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. PLEASE NOTE : You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery and please make sure that the method you use covers the value of the item or items you are sending in case of loss or damage.

We have a simple returns policy which means that most problems can be sorted out quickly and easily over the phone.
