Despatch & delivery of your order...

Most orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) are despatched the same day, subject to stock availability and payment verification. Orders placed outside of this time are processed the following working day. Please note that during times of peak seasonal demand (Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order.

There is an icon on every product that tells you if it's in stock, out of stock or a pre order, and also the expected delivery time. If for any reason there's a major delay with the expected delivery time, we'll contact you and explain the situation.

Delivery to the Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands may incur additional P&P costs, please call for quote.

Standard Service

All Orders over £25.00 shipped FREE (Standard Service). Orders under £25.00 will be charged at £2.95.

All orders delivered to mainland UK addresses via our standard service are despatched via Royal Mail or a secure courier service, so you should normally receive your items 1-3 working days after you have placed your order. Please also allow a couple of days extra delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Premium Service

All orders under £25.00 are charged at £4.95 per order and all orders over £25.00 are charged at £3.95 per order.

If your order is placed before 2:30 PM you can take advantage of our premium service (additional costs apply) in which case your order will be despatched on a secure 48 Hr courier service and should be with you within 2 working days.

Next Day Service

All orders under £75.00 are charged at £5.95 per order and all orders over £75.00 are charged at £3.95 per order.

If your order is placed before 2:30 PM you can take advantage of our Next Day delivery service (additional costs apply) in which case your order will be despatched on a secure 24 Hr courier service and should be with you by the next working day.
